During the game, Achanta will be found dead in the first level of the crypt, the player will discover a peculiar thing in one of the tombs, covered by a regular public notice with the description: Achanta the vampire.

After spotted the tomb, Am Shaegar will need to use a pickaxe to open the tomb, where you can find Achanta's corpse, 9 gold coins and a rare and unique weapon "Achanta's sword of drain blood", this last, is presumed to be the Achanta's personal lifelong sword.

After exit the room, Am Shaegar will find a normal sized stone statue, in honor of her. This statue has probably her appareance in real life, also there is another public notice in the floor in front of the monument with her name on it.

The statue has a sculpted detailed body and regular human appearance with notable fangs in her mouth, villager clothes and this statue has a bowl on its hands, this fixed bowl was scripted for 2 interactions from the player: Combining the sacrificial implement or finding a bootle of blood, after do this, the bowl will be filled with Am Shaegar's blood and the 3 closed portcullis will be opened in the room.

Apparently Achanta is a respected public figure in the Human Kingdom: despite being a vampire, she was buried with people of honor, inside the crypt of humans as Fallan Orbiplanax was, even she has the mentioned monument in her memory, a curious fact are the little few statues found at the crypts, including Achanta, Poxsellis, Tirkio and gargoyles. Tirkio and Achanta have the only 2 monuments in the whole crypt.

I started to working on the crypt and i am also making better textures ( tessellation ) and i also used high res textures. ( i also need to setup the items locations and the various runes to complete the puzzle )

The following partial walkthrough is for the Crypt level from the "Wizards & Warriors Strategy Guide," which is available from Brady Games. For more information about purchasing the strategy guide, you can contact Brady games via their website or their publisher. Table of Contents

1. Entry

As you cross over into the crypt dark corridors greet you. Many skeletons are trapped within the first few rooms so fight your way down until you come to a broken staircase.

Drop down into the level below.

2. Rat keeper.

The large room you come into the threshold of the tomb of Flokis Ra. Ignore it for now and go down the stairs. Go into the area by the pool; open the chest to get the bauble stick Talk to Rethpian, who can tell you where he dropped his keys (the crystal). Swim down into the water; use the Bauble stick to get the crystal -- you cannot get the Gold key at this point. Go back into the large chamber and use the crystal to call the elevator.

3. Tomb of FLokis Ra

Ride the elevator up into the small room. Here you will face a mummified undead a minor servant of Lord Cet. Kill him and pick up the amulet he was wearing this contains the words you must say to the statue of Kerah. Press the button on the wall to call the elevator and then ride on its roof up to the secret room.

4. Secret Room

Above the tomb of Flokis is a secret chamber. You can find the Ring of Saints and some treasure here. Go down the corridor and the wall will slide back taking you into the room with the Statue of Kerah.

5. Statue of Kerah

Stand in front of the statue and say the words written on the amulet (Santus Kerah or Blessed be Kerah). The door into the true crypt will open.

6. Main Crypt

Move through the area slaughtering the undead. There are many skeletons, crypt bats and more powerful undead throughout the twisted corridors and rooms of the crypt. Move carefully clearing out each area before moving forward. In some places you will find upright coffins stacked against the walls, these may contain the treasures of the dead, but more often are occupied by a powerful monster such as a mummy or plague corpse. Go to the far eastern section of the crypt where you will face the Spirits of the Wizard and Warrior. Each of these monsters will drop a crystal, which will allow you to take one of the Jindols from the burning altars. Use one of the Jindols in the room with the two braziers to open either the Wizards or the Warriors paths.

7. Wizards and Warriors Paths

You can only follow one of these paths, depending on which brazier you lit in the last room. I recommend following the Wizards Path (the brazier on the right) as you get more loot and a greater challenge. The two paths are very similar in that you must first pass through a Fire Pits room, then face a combat challenge and finally come upon a healing pool of water and some treasure. After completing a path you will drop into the Asylum.

8. The Asylum

The people of the Gael Serran are not enlightened in their treatment of the insane they are left to rot with the dead! Here Scabbans contagion first took root and now the dead walk the grimy corridors of the old asylum. Many plague ghouls and other zombies wander this area and you will have to fight your way through it to get to the necromancer Scabban.

9. Scabban

Fight your way through the more powerful and active undead until you reach the upper chamber where you can meet the necromancer Scabban. Listen to his story and then put him out of his misery. Once he is dead throw the switch on the wall and jump down into the waters below. Swim through the underwater passage until you emerge in the Tombs of Heroes.

Preface: Numbers in parenthesis refer to the room in the corresponding level in the map section. This is a basic walkthrough, which follows the main story line. For all the side quests or other things to do, see the chapters Side Quests and Misc Actions.

You wake up in a cell (1) imprisoned by goblins with no memory of who you are and why you were arrested. Kultar, the prisoner in the cell next to yours (3), tells you, that there must be a way to leave your cell - and actually you can remove a stone from the other gate and bend the steels bars aside, so you can leave your cell. In the next room (1a) you use a bone from the floor as your first weapon and fight the goblin guard.

You fall down into this area (1) and will find some useful items but also have to fight some rats, spiders and goblins here. In a room with a broken elevator (12), you need to remove all the bricks from the one pressure plate and put one on the other to open a secret room (11); here you will find the key for the supply room (17) and a rope to repair the elevator, which will lift you up.

You then have to fight a goblin guard (49); Kultar has managed to get here as well and helps you fighting the guard (you can give him a weapon so he can do more damage against the Goblin); after you have defeated him, you raid the supply room and take the piece of wood from the dead goblin to repair the lever and open the gate to the level exit.

So you go to the king and tell him of the attack on the outpost and the collapsed passageway (53). King Lunshire assigns you a new quest immediately and sends you to to the Troll King Pog to give him a letter from Lunshire and ask him to free the passageway.

Alternately, you can steal the key to the troll prison (44) from King Pog or even kill all the trolls and get the key then. With the key, you can free the imprisoned troll, who will then free the passageway for you as a reward.

But there is no time to celebrate this, because the King, his alchemist Felnor and snake woman Chinkashh are discussing the recent earthquakes. Suddenly, Carlo comes running in and tells that the astronomer Falan Orbiplanax has been murdered.

A council is held in the meeting room at once (22) in the course of which you learn that a guard named Erzog has been arrested for the murder of Falan and is believed to be the head priest of the secret cult of Akbaa; you also learn, that you were sent by the Noden to save Arx from Akbaa. To do this, you have to find the secret entrance to the temple of Akbaa and destroy a meteor there, by which Akbaa wants to incarnate in Arx.

The force field (45) is to be left undispelled for now. Smash the doors to room 8 and find a diary from Lord Inut and his chicken obsession. Here is also the place to start the treasure hunt: Insert an emerald in the left chest to find a new note where to look on (see side quests for more info about the treasure hunt).

And finally in the most south-west room (10) you find a serpent pillar. When you stand just west of it, you suddenly see some Akbaa priests. Follow them secretly to the altar room (7). From the distance you can already hear a child crying for help. Attack the priests in the altar room, but be quick, else Shany will be sacrificed and you have to fight a demon also. After you have killed all the priests and freed Shany, walk her back to her Mom.
