Yoga Gives Back, annual discussion with colleagues

Yoga as Light, for the Self, for the World is the topic of this year's panel discussion to raise funds for Yoga Gives Back. Many of you listened last year, and a few the year before, as Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, David Swenson and I share our experience, visions, and joy in connecting with one another again. 

Richard Freeman was a major inspiration to me. As a student new to yoga, his demonstrations, images, breath awareness and presence was compelling if not spell binding! David Swenson and I practiced Asthanga together for awhile. He now teaches world wide and brings his intuitive wisdom and delight to these discussions. Mary teaches and speaks with such compassion and life experience; I just love listening to her!
