Yes, I have been traveling. Our journey began in Bend, Oregon, where we met with two long time Yoga Works colleagues, Malachi and Angie. Both have remade themselves through transplanting from California to Oregon. Bend is a wonderfully nature/art/creative spirited community nestled among the verdant mountains called Three Sisters. Ross and I loved it there, but probably too cold to make it through a winter!

Through Zion, Bryce and Arches National Parks we hiked to see the splendor of this amazing country. At one stop I met a motorcycle brigade of German tourists, probably thirty motorcycles, all savoring the red buttes and vistas of Utah.

We are now in Santa Fe, and I will teach from there this week. I hope that you have all enjoyed the holiday weekend and look forward to a refreshing session of pranayama!
