Hi everyone!

I have been passionate about the mission and organization of YOGA GIVES BACK for many years. THIS SATURDAY, 5:00 - 6:00 PST, they are hosting a panel discussion with some esteemed colleagues including Trudy Goodman (love her), Mary Taylor, Lauren Peterson and myself. Jeanne Heileman will be monitoring, many of you know Jeanne from my Friday class and from Center for Yoga. Discussion is on how our practice has changed and how it has changed us over decades of living... Hope to can join us!
