New livestream platform, Center for Yoga LA, and my classes

YES, say yes and join me this Wednesday for the first pranayama class on the Center for Yoga Livestream platform! First week is FREE! CFY has 39 livestream classes and fourteen fabulous teachers waiting to meet you!   

Many of you have been studying with me for the last three years. We have been down, we have been fearful, we have praised our communities, we have stood in support of the heroes and heroines, our first responders. We have shown up for one another week after week, checking in through snow storms, protests, illness, learning to practice pranayama in a prone position so the back lungs could open, learning to listen deeply with our hearts, our breath, our exhale. and now, we continue.
