Free Iyengar classes on the CFY platform this week

Hello everyone. I am delighted to welcome Victoria Fouladi to the CFY livestream schedule. T/TH 10:15 - 11:30.

Victoria Fouladi first discovered yoga over 30 years ago. Inspired by the beauty and benefits of the āsanas, she couldn't put down Mr. Iyengar's tome “Light on Yoga". While living in Hong Kong, she became certified and, at the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Hong Kong, taught children, teenagers, adults with various levels of experience, while regularly assisting in the medical classes. She has also travelled several times to Pune, India to study with the Iyengar family and other teachers at the Institute. Victoria speaks Farsi, Spanish, French, some Italian and an even smaller amount of Japanese, having also lived in Tokyo. The diversity of Iyengar yoga has shown her how this practice is for anyone, at any age, and any level of health. Yoga is one. Yoga is a way to connect us all."
