Hon'ble Director, CNR Lobeysa   Yes what Mr. Prabhat has submitted to your good office is correct. Even I had same problem pertaining the confusion of transcript starting only last two years. It would be of great help if Diploma's marks are accrediated as the first two years marks in the same degree transcript.   We hope RUB could kindly consider this geninune petetion.
