50% salary

Dear guys,

 

The audit memo in regard to inadmissible salary payment made during studies leave was dropped. I believe most of the colleagues have no audit memo and was complacent with pin drop silent. To those who are still struggling with audit memo...please let know. I will circulate the appointment letter issued by RCSC to Aita Bhujal. The letter clearly indicates Study Leave with pay. Furthermore, BCSR 2012, Chapter 9; 9.5.12 b, also indicates entitlement of full basic pay for the whole duration of the course when the course is held in a SARRC country irrespective of funding agencies.
