Hello, just a quick question. I have the Synology DS220J and when I am trying to add the NAS to RaiDrive its saying it failed to respond? I am running windows 10 on pc, and I am also unable to map the drive in windows as well. I have quick connect enabled and I am able to log into my device from outside my network, so I am guessing there is a setting I am missing thats causing me not to be able to map the drive with RaiDrive and through Windows? I am a newbie to NAS systems and I have tried to look elsewhere for help but I cant seem to find anything.
