Problems in the very beginning (Intellij and LIRE)

Hi , I`m new in this , I mean I used only the built-in librabies before , and I tried to add LIRE , but nothing happened . What am I supposed to do  ? I run build.gradle  but nothing happened , I reinstalled many times the jdk and IntellIJ  . Sorry for this stupid question but is there any step by step guide or something `cause I can`t  cope?
