My download is for Quickbooks Enterprise 22.0 but the product ID listed under my account appears to be for 21.0. When will this get updated? I moved to a new server and I can't activate Quickbooks because I can't get access to 21.0 as the "latest" entry downloads 22.0 but yet product ID/key was not updated on my account site.

We have Enterprise 21 with a gold subscription. I rec'd an email and in product notification that the 22 upgrade was available and to click the "Get Started" instructions. There is nothing about upgrading to 22 on the page it takes you to. We are on a network with the Enterprise data files on a separate server, so we have an IT guy to come do the actual installation. Where do we find the 22 upgrade for him to install?

Usually, QuickBooks Desktop updates automatically once automatic updates are turned on. It downloads and installs the latest updates when they're available. It's possible that you're already using the updated QuickBooks version and may have received a delayed email for the upgrade. I'm having the same problem. Tried to download the latest version Quickbooks Enterprise 2022 on our server. The downloader asks for our license number and product number. I used both the license number and product number we have for Enterprise 2021 and I get an error message saying the information is incorrect. I assume our License number has not changed but possibly the product number has? Pressing F2 confirms the same information. I do not know where to find the correct information.

My client was having issues with his QB 2023 and when he called for support the only option they gave him was an upgrade to 2024 (these are desktop). Not sure why he didn't ask our firm for help... however now he's stuck with QB 2024 Desktop. We are currently using 2023 in house at our accounting office. I went onto our Camps.intuit.com account to download and install QB 2024 so I can look at the backup copy the client sent me. Normally all the QB versions are listed for download. I do not see QB 2024. However I do see "PAP Enterprise Software Bundle" . I assume that this is the link I need to use to get QB 2024?? I follow the steps and when I get to the Download options, I see no option for 2024. Any thoughts on how I get 2024 Accountant? I need to be able to assist our clients when they are forced to upgrade and to look at their files at tax time.

Where do I find the product number for Enterprise Accountant 2024? We have active licenses and received an email that 2024 was available for download, but it is not showing up in our CAMPS account. I just found it! If you select "PAP Enterprise Software Bundle" then on the lower half of the screen, there is a section titled "Included in this plan." If you select "Show More" you should see an option for Enterprise. Clicking this link will take you to your download page and list your license/product number. Intuit is really not making it easy for us to keep using the desktop software!

I'm having the same problem. I can not download 2024. I have gone to the ProAdvisor page, selected down load and I have nothing to select for QB 2024. I have used the QuickBooks Help page for this issue and I tried to use CAMPs, but it circles me right back to the same page I was at originally. It takes me in circles. I do not get the screen that you have shown as an example. I need assistance but none of the support centers have been able to help me. How do I get it to download when the "download" selection is not blue.

Im trying to upgrade from QB enterprise manufacturing and wholesale 17 to version 19... I have downloaded the install file from the website and downloaded from the site quickbooks support sent me to. I hit the drop down to install enterprise (not accountant). I install and it still shows accountant edition. I got back with support and they said I should only have to toggle the edition from the file menu. I did that and it switches to enterprise manufacturing and wholesale (via acountant). If I close QB and re-open, it goes back to just accountant edition.

I even tried downloading the accountant edition from the website in case maybe the links on the website were wrong. Both install the accountant edition. Support is now closed for the day so Im reaching out here for help.

Let's do a clean install of your QuickBooks Enterprise to make sure that it would no longer show as the Accountant edition. It's quite different from the usual installation process because you'll have to manually rename the installation folder to prevent QuickBooks from using the same installation folder.
