Dear members,
Find attached the tentative programme for the next DWSCC meeting. Please
note the changes from business-as-usual as the cluster tries to blend into
the Government coordination structure in 2009.
In the new arrangement the meeting shall-
1) be only 8 in a year; that is, twice a quarter, not once a month.
2) take 2 more hours-total time is 4hrs (including 20min break)
3)have more stakeholders, political and multi-departmental representations.
4) have different and larger venue-most likely the district council hall
( to be confirmed later)
5) have break tea and lunch
I remain grateful for your continuous support and look forward to full
participation and abled representation of your organizations in all the 7
remaining meetings.
I welcome any suggestions for change in the agenda...
