Invitation for the next Lango WASH
coordination meeting
Dear All,
Further to all the previous e-mails in this respect, I would like to invite
you to the next WASH coordination meeting. As communicated earlier we are
looking to have this coordination within the District Water and Sanitation
Committee meetings, however, till now we did not receive any confirmation
from Lira district that this meeting will take place as scheduled.
Therefore the WASH coordination meeting will take place on Wednesday 18
February 2009 with the following agenda:
Prayers.
Self introduction.
Communications from the Chair.
Issues from the National Cluster Coordination.
Review of Action points from the last minutes.
Review of 2009 plans and implementation commencement fro the first
quarter.
WWW 2009 update.
Which standards to be applied in the return sites (National vs SPHERE)
AOB
I'm attaching the blank formats that should be filled (KINDLY DO NOT USE
ANY OTHER FORMAT) and shared electronically prior to the meeting. The time
and venue will be as usual 9;00 A.M. at Lira district engineering board. We
will update you on any emerging issues regarding the DWSSC meeting and
agenda.
