Welcome to the Loudoun Invasive Removal Alliance (LIRA), a united effort of over 58 Homeowner’s Associations (HOA’s) representing >225,000 residents in Loudoun County. Our mission is to protect Loudoun County, Virginia, from the adverse effects of invasive plant species. Acknowledging the pressing need for action, we have formed a strong alliance with the Loudoun County government to collectively tackle the escalating threat presented by non-native plant species.
