While we wait to see what Adobe will offer with it's CS5 iPhone Compiler, we can already start with this great plugin for Flash Builder, ELIPS Studio 3.

It allows you to develop in AS3 and the Flex framework, and with the additional components, be able to access the phone features. Right now it is in beta 2. Camera support is on its way but they seem to have calendar and contact support up. Can't wait for beta 3.

Right now there is only a Windows installer but the site says that a Mac installer is on its way soon. So for now Mac users can develop on your Macs and then compile in Windows under Parallels.
