The Gruber Weighted Nasal Retractor is a weighted retractor used for open rhinoplasty procedures. The 10mm wide double hooks are used to retract the nasal skin for maximum visibility when performing open rhinoplasty. The weight is placed on the patient's forehead (directly on it or on a surgical towel/drape covering it) and it acts as an "assistant". The weight is not too heavy or too light to make for a perfect tool to maximize the surgeon's visibility during open rhinoplasties.

The complete length of this tool is 15.5cm, making it a valuable instrument in nasal and rhinoplasty plastic surgery procedures. Made from stainless steel, there is no distinction between the showcased images and the actual product in terms of appearance. It includes the hook, chain, and weight. Both feature a satin finish on the hook and weight, while the chain boasts a mirror finish.
