The non-profit Melbournian youth organisation, Young Indonesian Muslim Student Association (YIMSA) is back into action this May 2013 with their very first "Melbourne Souq" project. With "Souq" as the Arabic word for "Market", this event will showcase the culturally diverse Muslim community through its food, fashion and traditional performances. This charity event's highlights would include an internationally recognized Islamic fashion designer,
Dian Pelangi and Melbourne's own young stage comedian,
Khaled Khalafalla.
