New Member Resource Groups from IPS EDI

The IPS EDI Mentorship and Belonging subgroup is excited to be launching a series of new Member Resource Groups in 2026! These virtual gatherings offer IPS members the opportunity to connect with others from the community who share similar lived experiences.  We are beginning with two affinity groups: LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent (including Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Bipolar, OCD, or other forms of Neurodiversity). 

Please note these groups are intended as safe and confidential spaces, so please only join a Member Resource Group if you identify as part of the group you are joining. 

The first meetings will take place the week of February 16th at 2 different times per group to reach as many folks as possible. 

-The Neurodivergent group will meet on Tuesday February 17 at 1800 UTC and Wednesday February 18 at 0200 UTC. 

-The LGBTQ+ group will meet on Thursday February 19 at 1800 UTC and Friday February 20 at 0200 UTC. 

-A Zoom link will be shared closer to these meeting dates. 

We encourage you to join these initial meetings with ideas for how these Member Resource Groups can best serve IPS membership.
