Request for Management Experience Stories

Hi fellow Planetarians!

I'm planning to propose a paper presentation for GLPA/WAC this year where I talk about my experiences as a new People Manager over the last year and I also want to talk with a bunch of folks with various levels of experience managing other Planetarians! If you've only managed students I'm happy to hear about that, but I'm especially interested in folks who have managed fellow full time planetarium professionals, since I've seen several presentations about training presenters and students but much less about managing our fellow career Planetarians. 

Please reach out to me if you're interested in contributing your experiences for this paper! I'm happy to schedule a Zoom meeting to talk "in person" or we can chat via email, whatever's easier for you.
