finnigan lxq compatibility?

Hi all, I am new to mass spectrometry of lipids, but our research has 

come to a point where we have to analyze lipids.

We have a finnigan lxq which will output files in RAW format according to the manual.

I have understood that this format is compatible with LipdXplorer, could someone tell me if this is correct?

Dear Bjoern,

it should be compatible, but I don't know for sure. Just try it. Convert it to mzML and try to import it. If it does not work, write again.
