Dear all,

I am new to LipidXplorer.

So i am unsure about the Import Setting for the following instruments:

QTRAP 6500 & TTOF 6600.

Anyone some experience with those ? I would appreciate to get some roguh numbers as a starting point !

And why is there a version 1.3 on the open net, on the site version 1.27 ?

I would be very happy to get some answers !

Thank you very much !

Dear Christina,

right now there is no version 1.3 of LipidXplorer publicly available. This is a beta version.

Otherwise, for importing QTRAP and TTOF data into LipidXplorer, you need to convert your spectra in the correct file format (like *.mzML). The correct import settings should come from the characteristics and settings of your acquisitions. I don't have a QTRAP or TTOF, so I cannot help you.

The machine specific settings are described here at the LipidXplorer wiki.

Cheers,

Ronny
