When bootstrapping LipidExplorer to do LC/MS at moderate resolution (about 30000), what do we loose if we split the scan into 5 minute windows? Or small micro windows of one minute or less?
At what resolution is shotgun unambiguous for most lipid species?
At what resolution is shotgun unambiguous for most lipid species?
The data I have is generated in Auto MSMS on an Agilent Qtof around 30k resolution after a c18 HPLC column.
