Is there a Mac version of LipidXplorer available?

Hallo Sam,

we don't have a version working directly working with MAC OSX.

You might still get to work it. But it requires some work:
a) I had for some time a separate Partition with windows on my MAC installed. When Python and all necessary libraries are installed it worked fine.
b) The other possibility version might be to go over virtualization. Running Linux or Win7 with for instance Parallels. But we have no experience at all on that.

best

Hello,

I have been working on transforming the source code from the gitlab page to work on mac os x and python 3.

I have run into a problem based on the calcsf precompiled libraries.

would it be possible to post the source code for calcsf.cpp and lipidxexception.cpp? That way, one could compile a library on mac os x, and build everything from source.

Thanks,
~Phil
