LipidXplorer in commandLine

Hi,

I am trying to use LipidXplorer but I will have to go through commandline to include it in my pipeline.

I was wondering if there is a version without GUI and how to use it.

in summary you can generate a project file  (*.lxp ) and use it to to generate the masterscan (*.sc)

lximport.py -p something.lxp

the run your mfqls on the masterscan file

lxrun.py -p something.lxp
