3- After a lot of troubleshooting, i've discovered it was mainly an issue with "Adsk Licensing Agent" because it was never showing up in my services list, so i've did all the steps in the autodesk article: Autodesk Article Here.

4- At this point after many attempts, I've did a clean uninstall of everything related to autodesk on my computer. I've downloaded back 3DS Max 2018 and the installation worked perfectly BUT here's one thing i've noticed:

When 3DS Max 2018 got installed, the Autodesk Desktop app was showing an update for ADSKLicensing and as soon as I did the update for it, a message appeared and said ADSK couldn't run anymore... So at this point 3ds max 2018 is running but my ADSKLicensing is STILL BROKEN and I would really like to enjoy the 2020 version of Max....
