District 25-G Lions,

Accurate records are more than administrative—they are a reflection of our respect and gratitude.

To ensure we properly honor our departed Lions, please take a moment to review and update your club’s membership roster in the Lions Clubs International portal. When a member passes, it is essential that their status is recorded with the correct designation of deceased.

Each year at our State Convention, we hold a special and heartfelt ceremony to commemorate the Lions we have lost since our last State Convention. During this time, their names are read aloud in remembrance of their service and dedication. The names included in this tribute are drawn directly from the portal—making your updates vital to ensuring no Lion is unintentionally overlooked.

In the past, discrepancies in reporting have led to omissions, and we want to ensure that every Lion receives the recognition they so richly deserve.

Our upcoming Convention will be held May 1–3, 2026. Please make it a priority to review your records ahead of this date so we may honor each of our fallen Lions with the dignity and respect they have earned.

Thank you for your attention to this important responsibility—and for helping us remember those who have given so much in service to others.

Thank you,
District Governor Jackie
25-G
