Constitution and Bylaw changes

From the discussion that occurred at the 3rd district meeting, received the following from Lion Susan Arneaud:

Because of changes that are required by Lions Clubs International, it is necessary for District 25G to update its constitution and bylaws to conform the mandatory provisions in the Lions Clubs International Standard District Constitution and Bylaws.  There was also a recommendation from PDG Ron Guth on some changes in dues allocation and reimbursement for the district governor.  These items need to be voted on at the district convention on 3/7/2026.

Please find the following attached:

1. Copy of the current district constitution and bylaws

2. Copy of the proposed updated constitution and bylaws.  Items in yellow are mandatory language from LCI, Items in red are items that are specific to District 25G.

3. A resolution for the adoption of the updated constitution and bylaws

4. A resolution for the recommended changes in dues allocation and reimbursement of the district governor
