Hi - I'm having issues with my task in that once I go above about 25-30 concurrent users they application starts to freeze / throw errors meaning pages do not load properly and users are frozen out of the task.

Before I upgrade the server I want to try and diagnose the issue a bit more.

I haver found the logs folder on the server I'm using, with zipped folders called things like "access.log.40.gz" etc but these seem to be just lists of actions (e.g. GET / POST), rather than anything that allows me to diagnose errors. Does this information exist? If so where can I find it?

Thanks for any help / advice

Paul.

Hi Paul,

This might happen when the server is overloaded with getValue() and/or setValue() requests. If you can minimize these, the performance likely improves a lot.

Cheers, Lucas
