Hi there,

I'm wondering how to draw a random number for the whole group. In one part of my experiment, all participants in one group will make a decision that will determine how to draw a random number for the whole group (e.g., 30% chance to be 8 and 70% chance to be 6; or, 40% chance to be 8 and 60% chance to be 6). I'll then randomly select one of the participants  in the group and execute his/her decision.

I've figured out how to randomly select one of the participants in the group and retrieve his/her decision. However, when I try to generate the random number based on the selected participant's decision, it seems that the program will generate a different random number for everyone in the group. I'm wondering how to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Yue
