I am visiting Portland from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada for a web development conference until Friday March 31st ––wondering if you would be open to a tour or private class on brewing at scale? I have been brewing hopped kombuchas at home for a year and have been tossing around the idea of trying to do some sort of business, wondering if you would be open to doing a tour or a private class about your process for brewing kombucha at commercial scale?
