On color and transparant bottles

I see a lot of booch, including our own, in transparant bottles. However, due to the acidity of the booch, the color tends to fade over the course of a few weeks. 

Without adding any artificial acid proof color agents, how do you guys keep your booch color stable? If at all that is the case.

Sunlight and warm conditions fade the color.  Keeping Kombucha in a refrigerator should get the color to mostly hold up for a few months at least.
