Kombucha Consulting for Production Level

Hey Jared,

I was curious if you ever consult on the first stages of getting a commercial micro brew up and running?  I live in Canada so I know the regulations are not the same but I would really enjoy a insiders opinion on getting that first push in volume production from a respected brewer.  Thank you.

Hi M S, 

Regarding the Canadian regulations, have you talked to your local health authority and local CFIA agent? While starting my operation, they provided me with all the resources I needed to comply with the regulatory requirements such as food and safety plans for commercial food facilities, product labels, and product tractability. Just curious, where are you located?

Hey Kelsey,

I have left a few messages for a couple of people but as per usual here no follow up.  I have found a great location and will start prepping it shortly for food production.  I am in Manitoba.  Where are you located?
