Hi there,
I'm thinking of partnering with a beer brewery and one concern for us is cross contamination. Are you, or anyone watching this group, aware of cross contamination that can happen between booch and beer through air?
Thanks,
Kat

Yes! Cross contamination is a serious risk as your Kombucha is open-air fermentation. There are airborn yeasts for sure and I have heard of a Kombucha sub-letting in a cidery and they had big problems with alcohol content and exploding bottles.
