Hello,
Any chance someone has a copy of the Court of Appeals decision
referenced in the Oct. 1 letter from the Board President? I have
continually asked the President for copies of the litigation to no
avail. Guess I'd just like to see what they want me to pay for. Lori

Hi Lori,
I appreciate your frustration. I had formally requested a copy of the
original judgement - my request was also ignored.
A copy of the appeal determination has been uploaded here in the
"Files" section. I also uploaded the original judgment in case anyone
is interested. Both are rather dry reading, but Imust admit that
Judge Tone did include some interesting light literary references at
the end of the judgment writeup.
This is public information available to anyone willing to go "dig-it-
up."
Regards,
Andy

Thank you. I read the appeals court decision. Since the court ordered the
appealants to pay the cost of the appeal, can I assume we will not be
charged additional legal fees?!?! Lori

As I read the decision, that order to pay the costs would only involve
the court costs such as filing fees and other costs borne by the
County it processing the appeal.

Gere.
