Dear Dr. Eversmann,
What are the rules, regulations, or procedures for bringing items
before the Board/LPC?
I recently received an email with the LPCOA President's report of 16
December 2008 wherein he indicated that the "business appraisal" has
been completed. Please send me a copy of the report.
Regretfully Kate & I will not be able to attend but we will send our
representatives to exercise our rights and vote by proxy. They will
deliver the Voting Card and the proxy form when they arrive for the
meeting.
