Schenker group made an exellent presentation to their senior management, and some valuable inputs can be incorporated into your work:

1. The suggestion (from Schenker's Master Black Belt): with the implementation of proposed solutions, the tedious processes are simplified with RF scanning, and thus it can be transferred to security when trucks leaving the warehouse, so that headcounts can be cut with further cost savings.

2. The suggestion (from General Manager): with the data showing the working volume patterns, its possible to re-arrange the shifts to better utilize the resources, less headcounts will be needed during the low volume period.

3. The suggestion (from Hing Loon): multi-tasking of SK can be considered if the task is simplified with RF scanning, the LA's work can now be done by SK as well, thus eliminate bottlenecks and smooth the flow.

4. The suggestion (from Deputy General Manager): the time savings from the solutions could be translated into OT savings if not the headcounts cut.

5. The suggestion (from Jason and HR Manager): to re-arrange the transportation and logistics to make the resources more flexible to match with the working volume fluctuations.

6. The suggestion (from Jason): to improve the communications with HP to get the production schedule one day earlier, so that Schenker could arrange the manpower more accurately.
