· A handy checklist to help MP supervisors in vetting the poster & flyer is attached for your reference.

Subject: Change in MP Judging Schedule due to ENG 20th Anniversary celebrations
Dear all MP Supervisors, [apologies to the other staffs]
Due to the fact that our “Engineering 20th Anniversary Record Breaking day” falls on the 25th Nov which happened to be the same day as our second Judging date. The judging dates will be changed to 23rd and 30th Nov. The following Schedule will be affected:
17 Project Judging MP Judging/Award Committee Wed, 23 &
25 Nov 30 Nov
18 Complete judging result entry Judges Mon,
28 Nov 2 Dec
19 EPS Project/award final list Subject leader/DU Head Wed,
29 Nov - 1 Dec 5 Dec
(For those students who are unable to make it on Wednesday due to their CDS. The supervisor may make special arrangement with the Judges to conduct the Judging on 25th Nov)
I have attached here the updated copies of MP_milestones_1B11a-staff.xls and MP_milestones_1B11a-student.xls.
MP Supervisors please print the updated copy of MP_milestones_1B11a-student.xls for their 1B11xxx batch of MP+SIP students for the last leg of their MP+SIP.
