hi all
after upgrading from Stretch to Debian 10 in my Dell Server, I realized that it is using swap, but:

$ cat /proc/sys/vm/swappiness
0

and it has 32 Gb of Ram and never fully uses...

the solution at the moment was to disable the use of swap with:

# swapoff -a

Is anyone having the same problem ?

thanks

Try commenting out the swap partition in your /etc/fstab file. Unless you want to reboot, you can try the swapoff -a command .
