What type of operating system is installed on this disk?

I'm surprised to see ext4 and fat32 on the same drive I haven't tried booting from this drive yet I just had it among acculated drives https://imgur.com/a/ucG9lqw

It's possible it was a dual boot system at one point since there is no other Linux partitions listed. The other option is the disk was formatted with a Parted version at or below 3.0 per this page: https://www.gnu.org/software/parted/manual/html_node/set.html
