HAProxy + Roxy-Wi in Debian (Help Needed)

I'm newbie in Linux
Installed Debian 11
Installed HAProxy 2.6
Installed Roxy-Wi (https://roxy-wi.org/installation#manual)

I dont't understand what i need to do in this step in the upper link:

"If you use Debian/Ubuntu:
Change httpd to apache2 PATH and apache to www-data user in all configs"

I think it's because of that step why i can't login with admin/admin in Roxy webpage
