are there any soft/method to send a fax through internet?
assuming we have the doc already in my computer.

Don't quote me on this, but I *believe* you would need to either have a fax modem connected to a phone line or a printer with fax capabilities - if not a fax machine. If all you have is an internet connection, check and see if there is an email address you can send the file to as an attachment.

I just send a fax.
