Yes those are ICMP timestamp values and they really are human readable,
BUT in milliseconds since midnight UTC(basically not human readable).
Write a script and pipe ping into it... 72547555/3600000 equals
20.15blahblahblah hours/mintues/seconds. If you really want it you have
to work for it. Or use wireshark or ethereal
