Disable Directory listing in HTTP Servers

Hi,
 I'm using IBM Http Server 6.1 as my webserver. While using Web Vulnerability Scanners  a listing of my files  can be seen. I want to avoid directory listing of my files. What are the changes needed to be done?

does it use .htaccess ?

IBM http is based on apache...
Add this to your httpd.conf:

<Location />
Options -Indexes
</Location>
