Installation of MEEP (FDTD) in Ubuntu

to Linux users IITM

I am trying to install MEEP to do FDTD simulation in Ubuntu. Some set of commands are given on the website.

I am facing some trouble in understanding the steps.

Could someone suggest me what are the exact steps which need to be followed.
