DIY changes before you homebrew linux stamp

stamp. I am developing a advanced design and
tried to use some linux stamp parts. Comments are as below you* need
to change the PCB* so that u can make it at home , as follows
1)DO NOT USE the SD ram pads that is in the pcb they have given ,
the pads are too short to hand solder
and USE only the TSOP54 pads from SDRAM.lbr from eagle, this has
proper pads long enough.
2) FT232rq is difficult to get and solder , use FT232RL it is in
DIL.
3)Better change ethernet to ENC28J60 Ethernet Module or so that is
more easy to get.
4)Linear chip for power saves board space. But difficult to get .
Power section can be changed with TPPM0110 (Free sample!) or
LM1117-3.3 and LM1117-1.8 combo
as these are readily available a.
5)Verify the released BOM1.0.7 and your modified Bom to make final
BOM(if PSU etc changed).
6)*** Do change all the resistor and capacitors to 0603 (you get all
values 30 pieces each in one pack on ebay for 9$ )size from 0402
(difficult to get in many places).
7)Try lower cost FLASH if you can,check the crystal sizes , they are
too small in the design , better change to
3.5x5mm types
8)The final working i will update here on time .
