how to retrieve the deleted directory and files in EXT2 ,UFS and VXFS file system

Hi ,

Can any body help me to how to retrieve the deleted directory and files in EXT2 ,UFS and VXFS file system.

I am using SCO Unixware machine and RHEL5 machine.Accidentally I deleted a directory by using the command rm -rf.

Now I want to get back the deleted directory and its contents.Is there any way by which I can retrieve that directory and files.
