Creating a PAN using Bluetooth

I am using Ubuntu Karmic Koala. I have tried Blueman already. But so far I have been unable to create a PAN using bluetooth. I want to create a Personal Area Network using Bluetooth so that other bluetooth enabled computers can connect to it and access the internet. Any solution would be appreciated.
