Afile release

Afile - dual pane file manager is now at:

This is a replacement for previous versions on sourceforce
(asmmgr,asmfile). The goal is to create a small file manager that is
bullet proof and installs with a single file. This version is getting
close to the goal and is much better than existing file mangers. The
current popular file managers (mc, doublecmd) are now huge and very
bloated. Afile is about 100 times smaller than doublecmd and has all the
important features.
