I don't follow your question, can you perhaps rephrase?
We usually make images using 'dd' command.. Do 'man dd' in terminal to know more

1) You can use 'dd command' to take backup of your entire sdcard or one partition too
2) You can restore the backed up partition using dd again

Please give errors or debug messages too.

Can you please list the exact steps you have performed to dd? Please say, step1, step2 and etc. Also, tell us any error or debug message you received while dd.

If have to first untar that bz2 file, and then dd the img file. If you still have issue with dd, you may use ddmaker, a small youtube video is also available

You sdcard is gone bad it seems. You haven't performed dd correctly, you have to dd the img file not the bz2 file.

Dear sir,
1. i used your uboot and kernel installation process after that i installed 12.04 instead of 12.10 because it has problem with source.list file,
and after chroot i install gcc and nano for c proramming and i didn't install anything like Desktop and any network manager, and after that i have checked with aakash tablet and i success to do this but i am just working on console (Terminal) mode only because i didn't install Desktop.
2. sir for this all process i have done with two partition on my 16 gb sd card sdc1 sdc2. and i also took backup only with sdc,
and when i am going to restore it in another 16GB card
dd if=ubutnuSd.img of=/dev/sdc bs=4M
it is working and it is not showing any error but when i am using it on aakash tablet it doesn't showing only black screen over here.

Have you perhaps updated your apt?

Also check your apt's sources.list, lxde-core package is in universe repository, do you see anything like this in sources.list?

Is it use to work in any image? I mean the default 12.10 image which we provided?
If not, the driver may be appropriate. If yes, then you have to give some error report, debug messages and so on.

1) Did you used Aakash-12.10 image before, and did WiFi worked there?
2) Send us the logs of lsmod and ifconfig -a

This is what I was asking. The drivers are preinstalled in the 12.10, you need not to do anything else to run wifi. Wifi only work for selected set of devices, your device may be slightly different from ours. Here we can't do much.

Android and *buntu are two different things, though both of the OSes use linux-kernel, the kernel images are isolated and separate..

If it works for android, means the vendor has embedded the proprietary module for wifi in android kernel and shipped it with the tablet.. Driver for your tablet's wifi-module might not have been built in the Ubuntu image we provided..

Now open a new tab in your host Linux machine's terminal and copy /<path to linux kernel>/linux-sunxi/out/lib/modules/3.0.76+/ to your arm ubuntu setup

sir after the copy here not showing kernel directory in 3.0.76 dir, and that is why i made new directory over here /kernel/drivers/net/wireless and i installed there 8188eu.ko.

after that for checking it i used

modprob 8188eu

kernel does not have module support how to solve it.

It is better if you send us the exact terminal outputs.
What I understood is when you do sudo modprobe 8188eu you're getting error, this could be due to following reasons:
1) Mismatch in kernel version (solution: compile the kernel and modules again)
2) Your device doesn't have 8188eu hardware
