RH 6.2 Kernel 2.2.15-4 Panic() [ seems related to tcp/ip]

hello,

I get a "random" kernel panic in the the formentioned system.
This usually occurs when i am heavily using
the webserver (apache/jboss) that is running on the system. I
addittiionaly have a custom tcp/ip C++ server
running on the system that i authoried. This binary is basically
acting as filter to/from a dest/src port.

This is the system that the system is calling panic() from, i
looked in the source and couldnt find
a direct call to panic().

"tcp_v4_do_rcv"

Any help or direction much appriciated.
